ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION for LEVINS FOND AF 1990

§ 1. Name and registered office
The name of the foundation is Levins Fond af 1990.
The foundation is based in Faaborg.

The foundation was established in 1990 by merging two independent foundations: Grosserer Joseph Levin og Hustru Marie Louise, født Elliot's Mindelegat of 8 March 1912 and Preben Levins Fond, and by transferring the property matr.nr. 311a, Faaborg Bygrunde, called Levins Hus, from Joseph Levin & Co A/S’ B-fond.

§ 2. Purpose
The purpose of the foundation is to preserve and maintain Levins Hus as a cultural property in Faaborg and make the house available for cultural purposes, including:

- Artist residencies, exhibitions, concerts, lectures and other cultural activities,
- Study circles, meetings or events of a cultural, historical or artistic nature,
- Collaborate with local associations, artists and cultural organisations.
